# Descripción de proyecto

En la descripción del proyecto se definen datos específicos del sitio generados por el proyecto que son únicos para el ecosistema y las comunidades Indígenas y locales que implementan el proyecto.

El cálculo de los CVB está directamente relacionado con las poblaciones sostenidas de especies indicadoras que califican dentro de los límites del proyecto y, por extensión, un ecosistema conservado, no solo para el hábitat, sino también para las poblaciones de biodiversidad.

Por lo tanto, los proyectos son recompensados no por actividades ni proyecciones, sino por resultados, de forma continua y anual.

Los pasos a seguir para un PCB exitoso se describen en la sección [para empezar](/para-empezar.md). Son intencionalmente simples porque la metodología se basa en resultados.
